We would like to welcome Darwin Mendoza to the UFD team. Darwin works in the roles of Senior Revit & AutoCAD Design Services and Project Coordination here at Universal Foodservice Designs.

A mechanical technologist by profession, he began his career designing moulds and dies for a motorcycle parts producing company in the Philippines. As such, he is proficient in producing technical drawings as well as skilled in operating metal fabrication machinery.

He transitioned to foodservice, laundry, and waste management design in the early 2000s and has had the priviledge of working for renowned industry consultants from EMEA, Oceania, and USA.

Darwin has 5 years of work experience as a Joinery Designer and over 15 years in designing commercial kitchens and stainless steel equipment.

– AutoCAD 2D & 3D

– Masterchef / Specifi

– Revit 2025

– 3D Studio Max

– Cabinet Vision 2023

Other than his qualification in the Philippines, he also obtained a diploma in Project Management in Sydney.

Darwin’s mixture of technical know-how, skills, and experience is of valuable contribution to UFD’s expertise in foodservice industry. We are excited to have him join our team!
