UFD was proud to design all foodservice and beverage facilities for the new Grand Saddles Lodge, a landmark luxury destination on Australia’s stunning Central Coast.

Set amongst the natural beauty of Mount White, the lodge will offer premium accommodation, exceptional dining experiences, wellness facilities and curated hospitality spaces. Scheduled to open in Spring 2026, Grand Saddles Lodge is set to become one of the region’s most anticipated luxury retreats.

Our scope included the design of all commercial kitchen, foodservice and beverage operations, supporting a seamless guest experience across the property’s restaurants, bars, wine tasting and wellness offerings.
