Saddles – Mount White, NSW

UFD in conjunction with White + Dickson Architects and Blairbuild developed the Main Kitchen, Bar and Cafe Areas for Saddles at Mount White, NSW.

The equipment package for the Foodservice and Beverage Areas includes a Waldorf Bold Cooking Suite, Ecocanopy Low Velocity Stainless Steel Exhaust Hood, IGLU Refrigeration/Freezer Systems, Lainox Combi Ovens complete with RO Systems, Lainox Proofer Oven, Lainox Blast Chiller, Meiko Dishwashing/Glasswashing Equipment complete with RO Systems, A Custom 20mm Antique Brown Leather Finish Granite Island Benchtop and a Skope Refrigeration 4 Door Custom Fabricated Back Bar Refrigerated Beverage Cabinet.

As part of the design, the 2mm stainless steel bench work and features incorporated radiused fascia’s, upstands and returns to match the Waldorf Bold Cooking Suite.
