UFD in conjunction with o2 Architecture redeveloped the Main Kitchen, Island Bar and Keg Cool Room for North Bondi RSL Club. The equipment package for the foodservice and beverage areas includes an Ecocanopy Low Velocity Stainless Steel Exhaust Hood, IGLU Refrigeration/Freezer systems, A Rational Combi Oven, Andale Beer Dispensing equipment, Winterhalter Dishwashing/Glasswashing equipment complete with an RO system, A Skope Refrigeration Refrigerated Display Case, and two custom fabricated Skope Refrigeration Back Bar Refrigerated Cabinets. The projects refrigeration plant for the new cold rooms and remote cabinets have had Blygold anti-corrosion treatment applied due to the club’s spectacular location on the Beachfront at North Bondi. As part of the design, the stainless-steel bench work incorporated radiused fascia’s, upstands and returns.
