UFD in conjunction with Sydney Commercial Kitchens have recently redeveloped the Main Kitchen, Function Kitchen, Pastry Kitchen, and Warewashing Room for Bells at Killcare.
The project required the design to create a more efficient flow for the operation and involved opening walls of the existing function kitchen to allow for easier collection of meals.
The new pastry kitchen was added to the project to assist with supporting of the busy bakery store within the site.
