Crowne Plaza Adelaide Mawson Lakes

UFD completed the full design and documentation for all the foodservice and beverage areas at Crowne Plaza Adelaide Mawson Lakes, including the signature restaurant Ember & Vine, the Aviator Bar, and the hotel’s café and ancillary hospitality spaces.

Located on Level 4 of the hotel, Ember & Vine forms the centrepiece of the food and beverage offering, providing a contemporary dining experience that celebrates South Australian produce and modern Australian cuisine. The space has been designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, with an open, light-filled dining room and outdoor terrace capturing views toward the Adelaide Hills.

Complementing the restaurant, Aviator Bar offers a relaxed yet refined setting for guests to gather throughout the day and evening. Inspired by the aviation heritage reflected throughout the hotel, the bar provides a vibrant social hub for coffee, drinks and casual meetings.

Together with the hotel’s café and supporting hospitality areas, these venues form a cohesive food and beverage experience that enhances the overall guest offering at Crowne Plaza Adelaide Mawson Lakes.
